DTF Gang Sheet Transfers – High-Quality Custom Prints
Artwork Guidelines
To ensure the best quality, please follow these steps when submitting your artwork:
- PSD, PNG, or PDF (300 DPI recommended)
- RGB color mode only (no CMYK or Pantone)
- Canva, export as PNG with a transparent background
We print files exactly as they are submitted. Blurry or low-resolution files will result in blurry prints, and we cannot offer refunds or reprints for poor-quality submissions.
Gang Sheet Setup
If your design is not already ganged, please use our free DTF gang sheet builder tool before ordering. Need the link? Just message us — we’re happy to help!
- For large sizes like 22x250 or 22x300, please split your design into:
- 2 files of 22x150 + 22x100 Or 2 files of 22x150
- We do not accept single 22x300 files.
Turnaround Time & Rush Orders
- Standard processing time: 24–48 hours
- Need it faster? Add a $25 rush fee (message us first)
- Orders without files will be automatically canceled
Pressing Instructions
- Cut your design and place it on the garment
- Heat press at 300°F (about 150°C) for 10 seconds
- LET COOL COMPLETELY – then cold peel
- (Optional) Re-press with parchment paper for 8 seconds for a softer fee
